Bed for children, bed and bath linens, pets (where allowed) are included in the rent.
Heating not included (€ 4,40 per Mq.) and final cleaning (€ 19 per person) must be paid on the spot.
Pool towels: € 5 per week.
Deposit: € 250,00 must be paid by cash on the spot. (The deposit will be returned if no damage has been done to the property).
Short Breaks can be accepted (reservations: minimum 3 nights, only in low and medium season).
The weekend fare can be thus calculated dividing the price of a week by 7; the result should be multiplied by the number of nights requested.
